The public now has another option.  The communities of Northport, East Northport, Elwood, Commack, Kings Park and our surrounding communities have only had the option to join what are often referred to as "big box" fitness centers:  i.e., NYSC, Gold's, 24-Hours, and the handful of $10 and $20 per month clubs.

 

In short, these clubs have the same policy: admit all without default.  That certainly does not make a club "Exclusive."  Further, though these clubs will pander to you and promise to offer you a sterile, clean, mint environment, eventually they revert back to their old bad habits.  Equipment will soon be in disrepair, the members will not care to safeguard the club's environment, and the staff will eventually tire of the excess work to keep up with today's environment of sterility. 

 

We are something more. Intelligent Fitness has answered the call and evolved, transforming itself into a new Fitness Center that is now welcoming people who want to train themselves among our hand-picked personal and group training clientele.  

 

Our facility is diverse, offering an intimate yet spacious1,400sq foot training center with a multitude of advanced strength training equipment, a 900sq. foot Functional Strength training center, and a 600sq foot "Cardio Club," featuring various cardiovascular pieces.

Coming out of an economic pause and crippling pandemic, the fitness consumer wants to feel safe, secure, and regarded.  Our policies regarding cleanliness, sterility, safety, injury prevention, and positive culture has not changed.  The only thing that has is inviting you to join us as we become an "invitation only" public fitness center.
