About me
Sottile wields an academic education and experience in human behavior and communication. He is a subject matter expert on several education committees and a Personal Fitness Instructor's course. He has been voted the“Best Trainer and Life Coach on Long Island” in 2016, 2017, and 2018. He has authored three books on topics ranging from relationship management, nutrition, Humanities and Happiness, and is currently authoring a Practical Applications course for Trainers.
